The crocodile alien was part of an experiment when scientists at Weyland-yutanis bioweapon divison contributetd experiments with xenomorphs. They created a xenomorph that was more home in water and used a saltwater crocodiler as a host. The alien eventually escaped into the sewers and started to lay eggs, unlike the the regular queen the crocodile alien gace birth to fully devoloped hatchlings that quickly grew in size. The Crocodile aliens the wrecked havoc at the research station when the original destoyed the waterconduits and flooded the place. The humans inside was caught and could only waith for death....
