Artist's Comments

A velociraptor has killed a young and sick Dilophosaurus. A adult one would be to much even for a single raptor thanks to it venomus bite that could easily kill a velociraptor within minutes. Even the bite or spit can be devastating and this one got hit by the venom, luckily it didn´t hit the raptors eyes.

:D Nice il put my my raptor soon, But Dilophosaurus was a predator too, carnivor. Carnivors don't usually feed on other carnivors. Unless there birds, and well, dino's are kinda birds. NVM, good art :D

Very nice artwork! The raptor looks quite cool standing over his fallen prey. Though of course if that dilophosaurus had been full grown that raptor would have been lunch instead, lol. I like the color job as well.

btw, did you here about the new fossil discovery? Titanoboa? The world's largest snake ever? Lived in prehistoric times and was 45 feet long and weighed 2500 lbs (it could have eaten a cow!)

The dromaesaurs are my favorite, specifically deinonychus. This is an amazing piece of art; it captures the compact lethal design of the vilociraptor.
